Joslyn ate thirds on bagel and all of her peaches at breakfast. Joslyn ate all of her macaroni and cheese, ham and corn. We had to substitute for salad because it was yucky when we opened it, so I gave the kiddos yellow peppers and sugar peas to try. Joslyn loved the sugar peas and ate a couple bites of the pepper also.
Joslyn went out and did puzzles after Kenzie and Emily were done. She did the hardest puzzles that are out with this set. One of them is 26 pieces because it is the alphabet and most of the kiddos can't do it successfully or without getting frustrated. She just kept working at it until she got it, with only a couple pointers from Christina.
Joslyn and Thomas played together some today. She was bossing him around and he was following orders pretty congenially most of the time, which made it work. On the other hand, Emily and Kenzie invited her to join them a couple times and it didn't work well at all. One try ended up with Joslyn hitting Kenzie in the face with one of the stacking cups. We kept them separate nail small group time after that.
Joslyn continued to play with Thomas in dramatic play. They had a bunch of stuff (dolls, food toys, books, stacking cups, blankets...) and Joslyn said she was putting it "in the trunk so they could go". I hope the dolls were just dolls n her world also, not babies! : )
Another thing that Joslyn has really been enjoying has been covering many different things up with the blanket -- book rack, section of box, kitchen set, table top, the bench...
